1. Tell us what you want
Browse the catalogue or describe the item to Sika, our AI personal shopper. If the item isn't in the catalogue, you can send a link, a screenshot or a half-formed idea and we will source it.
2. See your total before you order
Before you place an order you see the item price, applicable US sales tax, the Avanta service fee and estimated shipping — in dollars and cedis. There are no surprise Avanta fees after checkout.
3. We buy and consolidate
Once payment is confirmed we purchase from the retailer. Your items arrive at the Avanta US hub, where they are checked and packed for the flight to Ghana.
4. Delivery in Ghana
Your parcel arrives at the Avanta Ghana hub. From there you choose door-to-door delivery or pickup, and we keep you updated as the order moves.
